We want you to be completely satisfied with your VisiBoard purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your board, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the board and any included accessories are in their original condition and packaging. Each VisiStrips® sensor is designed to function for up to 6 months under normal use. However, to ensure your VisiBoard provides the most accurate and reliable germ detection, we recommend replacing the strips every 3 months. Regular replacement helps maintain optimal color-changing performance, keeps the sensors responsive, and ensures your kitchen stays as safe and hygienic as possible. Replacing the strips is quick and easy, so maintaining your board is simple and hassle-free.

We recommend hand washing your VisiBoard with warm water and mild soap to protect the bamboo and maintain the integrity of the VisiStrips® sensors. Avoid soaking the board or placing it in the dishwasher, as excessive water or high heat can damage both the bamboo and the sensor strips. After washing, dry the board thoroughly with a clean towel to keep it looking and performing its best. Regular gentle care ensures your VisiBoard stays durable, safe, and ready for years of reliable use.
